Have you always wanted to start an agri-tourism business? Or do you have a tourism business but you'd like to learn more on how to grow it? Then read on...
The new Agri-Tourism Success Programme is an accelerated 6-month course for NZ farmers and wine growers who are interested in diversifying into tourism, and for those who want to grow their existing tourism venture.
Developed by one of NZ's leading tourism marketing specialists, the course covers all aspects of developing, marketing, running and growing a successful agri-tourism business.
The tourism industry is growing and forecasts are strong. There are great opportunities to set up or grow an agri-tourism business. We'll teach you how!
Learn about the latest product development, visitor and marketing trends, set up systems, gain inspiration from other successful people, learn new skills and get the professional support to develop a plan and achieve your goals. In other words: hit the ground running and get it right the first time!
How does it work?
As part of the 18 webinars, there are 9 interviews with high profile, inspirational and successful speakers who will share their knowledge and insights. Topics include: financial planning, sustainability, winning awards, product development, success stories, international marketing trends, social media and more. Speakers include:
“I have found the Tourism Business Success programme invaluable, both personally as well as for our Agri-Tourism business.
We have utilised this knowledge as the Programme has continued and we are already, in a relatively short space of time, seeing an increase in enquiry, bookings and the social media following of our business.
It is a course that I would highly recommend for anyone that is wanting to upskill themselves, build on their business (or business idea in its infancy) or indeed, take their business to the next level.
The Strategic Planning Day at the start of the programme had an excellent outline for how to go about structuring your business, planning and building blocks for where to start and how to move forward- with practical, relevant activities that would benefit any business.
In addition to this informative and beneficial planning day, the support afterwards that is provided by Marijke, both through one on one consultations as well as the email contact and webinars that follow, is exceptional and far exceeds expectations.
The resources on the www.planit-doit.com website that are provided and made accessible for the participants throughout the duration of the Tourism Business Success Programme are outstanding.
Lastly, Marijke’s wealth of knowledge and experience is leading in this industry and ensures all participants are receiving the highest level of education, information and support. I cannot recommend this Programme highly enough for those who are truly serious about growing their Tourism Business and making it a real ‘success’.”
